My Story
I started my career in content marketing—a place where strategy, execution, planning, and communication all collide. After shifting to operations, I used my experience to build processes in agencies to support their long-term growth. Now I help all kinds of small businesses implement their strategic visions.

My Bio
Hi, I’m Jensie—a values-driven operations leader who loves bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to growing teams. I work closely with executive leaders to connect big-picture vision with day-to-day execution, helping organizations align with their strategic plans, KPIs, and values.
Over the years, I’ve led company-wide initiatives, managed cross-functional projects from start to finish, and built processes that actually work for the people using them—all to support over-arching strategies and plans. I’m a huge fan of jumping in and not letting perfect stand in the way of good enough.
I’ve partnered with finance teams to build and roll out P&Ls and executive dashboards, led strategic planning and goal-setting processes, and helped teams adapt to change through thoughtful communication and training. I care deeply about a company’s values and culture, and being transparent and supportive of the whole team.
Whether I’m solving a cross-functional problem, mentoring leaders, or folding in the strategic goals of an org to the front-line’s day-to-day, I’m always looking for ways to help people do their best work. I’m here to grow the business thoughtfully, with purpose, and in alignment with its mission, vision, and values.
When I’m not working or co-hosting the Waffles Friends Work Podcast, I’m likely lifting or throwing something heavy, cosplaying with one or both of my two kids, or in a national or state park somewhere. I also love to read, attend drag shows, and craft.
